She Signal provides an SMS-first compliance intelligence platform that delivers notifications related to professional license renewal deadlines, regulatory compliance signals, and administrative reminders. The Services are informational in nature and designed to assist users in monitoring regulatory timelines.

She Signal does not guarantee regulatory compliance, license renewal approval, or the accuracy of regulatory data. Users remain responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable licensing authorities.

Users must create an account to access certain features of the Services. Users are responsible for all activity associated with their account.

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of their login credentials
• Update information when necessary

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, users authorize She Signal or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for subscription fees. Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis depending on the plan selected.

If payment cannot be processed, access to the Services, including compliance alerts and notifications, may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account or by contacting hello@shesignal.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. She Signal does not store full credit card numbers or card security codes.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the platform is accurate and complete. She Signal is not responsible for compliance signals generated from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by users.

She Signal provides informational alerts intended to assist users in monitoring regulatory deadlines. She Signal uses automated systems, APIs, artificial intelligence tools, and publicly available regulatory sources to identify potential compliance signals. However, She Signal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of regulatory information obtained from government or third-party sources.

• Monitoring their professional license status
• Verifying requirements with licensing authorities
• Submitting renewal applications
• Meeting all regulatory deadlines

She Signal shall not be liable for missed deadlines, penalties, or license expiration resulting from reliance on the Services.

She Signal sends alerts through SMS messaging services. However, She Signal does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages, as delivery may depend on factors outside She Signal's control, including mobile carrier networks, third-party messaging providers, and device settings.

Users should not rely solely on SMS alerts to monitor compliance deadlines.

She Signal reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Users may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with system functionality
• Misrepresent professional credentials
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes

All content, software, trademarks, and materials associated with the Services are the property of She Signal or its licensors. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform materials without written permission.

The Services are provided "as-is" and "as-available." She Signal makes no warranties regarding service availability or compliance outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Signal shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

She Signal may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
